Ordering Terms and Conditions:
- All items are handmade and therefore may vary slightly from the image on the web page.
- USPS shipping charges plus $6.00 packing and handling is added to every order.
- Custom Shoes are shipped at $15 per pair.
- We are unable to offer C.O.D. options.
- PayPal accounts welcome.
- We also accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover cards via telephone call or
fax, or via checks in the mail.
- At this time, we ship only within the United States. Please contact us for international sales.
- Returns for refund may be made by calling Cordwainer Gallery of Fine Crafts within 7 days of
receipt of shipment (603) 472-3131. Items must be shipped back to Cordwainer Gallery within 7
days of telephone confirmation. Due to credit card processing costs, a 5% restocking fee will
be charged on all returns for refund. Refunds are only available to the original purchaser of
an item.
- Returns for store credit or exchange may be made within 30 days of invoice date. Please call
Cordwainer Gallery of Fine Crafts at (603) 472-3131 to make arrangements for return.
- All returns must be in original condition including tags, inserts, and/or item box, and
shipped via insured carriers.
- Shipping and handling will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for all return shipment
costs.
- Custom or Special Order items are not returnable.

We respect your privacy. Information collected from this site is used to complete the processing
of online orders. We will never share or sell any information we collect from you with any third
parties with the exception of address information provided to shipping agencies (i.e. UPS, FedEx
or the US Postal Service) for the purpose of shipping and tracking orders.
